Anastasia joined White Crane kung fu in 2016. After training diligently for over 7 years, she became an instructor in 2023. She is an accomplished artist and has worked restoring and decorating the school’s lion heads. She is actively teaching adults at the Laval Academy.

2019: Won 1st Place at the U.S. International Kuoshu Championships (USKF) in the Women’s Intermediate Southern Kung Fu Style Empty Hands Form division.
