The Montreal downtown academy
The Montreal downtown academy is a fully equipped, modern martial arts studio. With over 3800 Sq feet, it is large enough to accommodate students' needs. Training equipments include four punching bags, wooden dummies, sand-filled wall bags, horizontal striking bags (for iron palm training), and various types of traditional training equipments (jars for gripping, bundles of sticks for training the forearms, etc.). The school also has four showers, air conditioning and wall to wall carpeting. Plenty of parking space and proximity to the Square-Victoria metro station make the Academy easily accessible. Montreal students also have access to the Laval academy.
