The Montreal downtown academy
The Montreal downtown academy is a fully equipped, modern martial arts studio. With over 3800 Sq feet, it is large enough to accommodate students' needs. Training equipments include punching bags, wooden dummies, sand-filled wall bags, horizontal striking bags (for iron palm training), free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and various types of traditional training equipments (jars for gripping, bundles of sticks for training the forearms, etc.). The school will also have showers avilable shortly. Plenty of parking space and proximity to the Place-des-Arts metro station make the Academy easily accessible. Montreal students also have access to the Laval academy.
Visitors should call ahead to make an appointment. The building's main door is locked after 7PM but you can phone us if you arrive after 7PM for visits.
