Fu Jiao Lien Karl Hérard-Francois

Fu Jiao Lien Karl Hérard-Francois started his martial arts training at age 13 with the study of Karate. A few years later, he was introduced to the White Crane style. After ten years of arduous practice, he became an assistant instructor in 2005. Mr. Hérard-Francois has won several free-fighting championships and regularly participates in demonstrations. He teaches in both the Montreal and Laval academies.
